This is a group of bariatric/wls peeps of all shapes, sizes and of all backgrounds. Some are less than three months out and others have years’ post-surgery. The goal is to get back on track and stay on track for the long-term.
Our group members all have similar goals that we work on:
Get back on track with nutrition/eating, exercise, water, etc.
Stay on track with all of the above.
Navigate and overcome emotional eating – especially grazing and/or night time eating, etc.
Navigate new relationships, dating for the first time after WLS, long-standing marriages, relationships issues, jealousy, and the like.
Navigating who you are after bariatric/wls surgery – dealing with issues in confidence, self-esteem, self-worth, and overcoming self-defeating/self-sabotaging behaviors.
